Domestic UK Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Cut off for orders is 1pm UK, any orders placed after 1pm will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kindgom excluding highlands & islands.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially with covid related issues.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For Royal Mail 24 / 48 service, the tracking only shows a delivery confirmation, no other tracking details are shown.

If your order does not arrive within the above delivery timescales , please contact us via messenger / email or telephone and we will investigate for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders christmaseve.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently  ship to the USA and the Republic of Ireland.

Orders to the USA ship via, USPS , shipping times are currently 5-8 business days from order dispatch. you will be provided with a USPS tracking code.

Orders to the Republic of Ireland ship via Royal Mail & Anapost, shipping times are currently 4-8 days from order dispatch. you will be provided with a Royal Mail tracking code.
